Today’s word of inspiration is UNIQUE. Definitions of unique are 1) being the only one, 2) being without a like or equal, 3) distinctively characteristic.
In the late 1990’s, I worked at FOX Sports in Los Angeles. I was blessed to work under the leadership of David Hill. He challenged us to create FOX’s “unique visual difference”. His team developed the first “first and ten” yellow line for football games, glowing hockey pucks, and put microphones on the field. Cable television was growing by leaps and bounds at the time, the sports television landscape was getting crowded. These unique technical innovations allowed FOX to stand above their competition. How is your business unique – product, services, delivery, customer care, innovation? How do you celebrate the unique qualities in you as a person? Celebrate the things that are uniquely you! 1/11/18
